Dressed crab and salad garnish £6.25

Creole chicken with spicy chilli sauce and saffron rice and vegetables £10.75

Fresh swordfish steaks served with garlic butter and topped with Icelandic prawns with seasoned fresh vegetables or one of Limes seasonal salads.

Wines of the month

Acacias Estate Genesis Vineyard 1996 Oak Aged MERLOT. Produce of Chile, a smooth red wine, perfect for any occasion. Chile's oceanic climate, with the Pacific to the west and the Andes to the east, and more particularly the MAPI Valley's climate, is perfectly suited to France's classic grape variety of the Merlot. Modern cultivation at our Acacias Estate vineyard and cellar techniques combined with the use of oak ageing have produced this superb wine showing fruit and oak integration, a good balance and a finish with length. Only £12 per bottle

Moonset Sauvignon Blanca 1997 from the curio valley. Chilean white wine, a dry crisp clean Sauvignon, only £11 per bottle, a clear winner
